One of the most amazing experiences I've ever had was doing an open-door helicopter flight over NYC, and I've been lucky enough to do it twice. There's nothing quite like being strapped in and having a helicopter turn sideways over skyscrapers, leaving you staring straight down from a long way up. Checking In: The Library Hotel (New York City)

Any book lovers out there? I have the perfect hotel for you. Situated just blocks away from Grand Central Station and the New York Public Library, the Library Hotel in New York City is a luxury boutique hotel that is a haven for literature-loving travelers. Each floor and room is dedicated to the Dewey Decimal System. For example, floor 8 is Literature, with room 800.003 as Poetry. During my stay, I was in the Money room, or 300.005 in the system, and all the decor and books there fit the theme of money.
