The Most Instagrammable Spots in Edinburgh, Scotland

Edinburgh, Scotland is easily one of my favorite cities to visit in the UK, if not all of Europe, which is probably why I keep coming back again and again! That’s partly due to just how photogenic the city is, chock full of Instagram spots enough to satisfy any tourist or influencer. There are so many great photo spots in Edinburgh that it was truly hard to narrow it down to just my favorites! These are all places I’ve been to on past visits though, so I can vouch for them. Transatlantic Cruising on the Cunard Queen Mary 2

Just the mere mention of the Queen Mary 2 conjures up images of voyages of old, transatlantic cruising on majestic ocean liners fit for royalty. The utter romance of sipping decadent cocktails on the veranda deck, strolling the promenade in the evening breeze, and dancing the night away to a string orchestra. You know, the fancy parts of the movie Titanic that made you dream of luxury cruising! For seven days in January those dreams became reality as I boarded the legendary Queen Mary 2 in the port of Brooklyn, New York and set sail for Southampton, England.

The Most Beautiful Places to Visit in Wales

It’s surprising to me how underrated a travel destination Wales is. With its beautiful landscapes, magnificent castles, and colorful coastal towns, Wales is about as dreamy as it gets. Scotland and Ireland always seems to get all of the love while Wales gets overlooked. But truly, my favorite castle is in Wales - Conwy Castle, which is the first on this list. Some of the prettiest coastal towns in the UK are in Wales, like Aberaeron and Llandudno, and they sure give places like Brighton, England a run for their money. There’s so much to explore that makes it worth more than just a day trip from London to Cardiff (though that’s fun to do as well). I had the opportunity with Visit Wales to spend a week driving down the coast of Wales, starting in Manchester, England (where we flew in), and finishing in Cardiff. Our route took us through towns like Conwy, Tenby, Aberystwyth, Caernarfon, and more. It was truly hard to just pick the best of the best beautiful photo spots for this guide, but I feel like I’ve included some of the most Instagrammable spots that Wales has to offer.

7 Days In Ireland With Shamrocker Adventures

Back in August, I spent 7 days on the road with Shamrocker Adventures exploring all over Ireland, including the Giant's Causeway, Derry, Galway, Inis Mór, the Cliffs of Moher, Killarney, and Blarney Castle. The first day of the tour, we made our way up to the small town of Ballintoy, home of the famous Carrick-A-Rede. You've probably seen the rope bridge in photos before. The bridge forms a link between the land and the island of Carrickarede and is 20 meters long and 30 meters high above the Atlantic. It's a photo opp you just can't miss in Northern Ireland.
